Am I the only one out there that is constantly wanting to have a good walk or run each day, but ends up failing miserably due to fatigue. It isn’t that I don’t want the exercise. I know how I feel once I’ve gotten into the routine. It’s the getting there that nearly kills me…well maybe not kill. 🙂
So how does start back in again and stay motivated? I have two kids that insist on stealing at least one hour of sleep away from me each evening. Is there a solution? For me, it is counting down until school starts. Yay! Once that begins, I will be able to walk or run during school hours. I’m so excited, but the ultimate question is: Will I be able to follow through?
Anyone else have problems staying motivated?
