aka The Frazzled Mom
Have you ever noticed how royalty acts, hold themselves? Near perfect posture, confident strides. Their actions separate them from the people.
It doesn’t matter what religion you attach yourself to. What should matter is striving to be noticeably different every day!
At the grocery store, at the hospital, at the restaurant and, yes, even at super crowded and hot places like Disneyland. That’s my weakness. What’s yours? Recognize it, work on it.
We are all human, we make mistakes, we have bad days. We don’t always act like royalty, but that doesn’t change who we are.
It won’t change who I am, a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, my King and Savior. This is the verse I shared in my presentation: Galatians 4:7 “Now we are no longer slaves but God’s own sons. And since we are his sons, everything he has belongs to us, for that is the way God planned.”
You may not agree with my beliefs. And I’m certainly not posting to force anyone to believe as I do. What I feel is important is knowing that we should all hold ourselves to a higher standard, to separate ourselves from those in the world who feed off of the misery and persecution of others.
But that separation doesn’t mean we can’t be silly from time to time. 🙂
