Cauliflower Fried Rice…um, no

If this works for some on thcauliflower-fried-ricee Whole 30, then that’s great.

But for me? This was a definite no. My husband said it wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be. I mean, he ate it, so it must have been okay.

It would have worked great, I think, if it hadn’t tasted so sour or vinegary. Upon dwelling on the horrid taste for a while, I’ve concluded that it must have been the cauliflower itself. The ingredients in the mix are relatively simple.

The product I’d tried was Green Giant’s Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley. I may give it one more shot, just to see if it was the cauliflower or not. But this time, I’m going to rice a head a cauliflower myself and add in my own ingredients.

If you’re daring, give it a try. Please let me know how it turned out for you. I’m curious if I just had a bad batch.
