AI writing

The topic of AI writing has been heavily debated across the world. According to various sources, generative AI will assist writers, not replace them. What are your thoughts?

I hear it often. “The technology isn’t there yet.” But how many times have we said that before, and the technology “gets there”? Sure, we don’t have flying cars, but we have cashless systems, mini computers at our finger tips and can connect with just about anyone throughout the world.

AI technology when it comes to writing is lacking. I’ve tried it. It’s a nice springboard for college papers or to spark ideas for fictional writing, but can’t replace human creativity….yet. But consider how AI art was scary bad at first. It’s improving daily. And movie studios are starting to use it.

So when will writers be replaced?
